We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: PA Property Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Perform a variety and range from routine to complex of administrative, clerical and office duties in support of the CEO.
  • Maintain a calendar of the CEO's activities, meetings, and various events; schedule conferences, travel and meetings, including coordinating room set up and preparation of agenda.
  • Assemble and/or coordinate the preparation of various reports, memoranda, correspondence, and various documentation and presentation material,of a technical or confidential nature.
  • Manage and prioritize the multiple tasks that have been assigned
  • Developing and maintaining professional communications with both the CEO and the Company'smain contacts, internally and externally.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
  • Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the CEO. Ensure guests meeting with the CEO are well taken care of.
  • Creating and maintaining files and records for historical and informational reference.
  • Performing special projects as directed by the CEO, including there view, research, summarization or analysis of information. Being involved in processes and procedures strategy if required
  • Provide a service that is in line with the CEO’s work habits and preferences.
  • Responsible for accounts and budgets for CEO’s office, conducting research, sourcing and ordering of goods as required.
  • Assist in ensuring Budgetary and financial controls are adhered to where leases, set-up costs & properties renovation are concerned.
  • Assist in coordinating the implementation of real estate and office management strategy to attain and maintain best-in-class office footprint productivity. Assist in managing the execution of real estate transactions, both domestic and commercial real estate
  • Assist in coordinating the overall management of real estate through negotiation, vendor management, financial analysis, project management
  • Assist in negotiating business terms and legal documents relating to the management, acquisition and disposition of ail classes of lands/ properties
  • Assist in the efficient setting up, coordination & maintenance of national and international branches development including Inventory controls & management
  • In addition, you shall undertake such duties and exercise such powers in relation to the company and its business as the company may from time to time advice, as well as all duties considered reasonably necessary and proper in the interest of the company.
