Oasis Africa Consulting Limited - Our client, an independent Oil and Gas operator with head office in Lagos and field operations in Delta and Rivers state is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer (Perfect with ABC / XYZ / FSN analysis / FIFO & FEFO)

Job Descriptions

• Have experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petro Chemical, Power Plant industries.
• Have knowledge about project phase warehouse and steady state phase of warehouse.
• Knowledge of inbound process of Warehouse.
• Knowledge about Best Warehouse Practices.
• Knowledge & Responsible for preparation of warehouse documentations like Receipt, Issue, Return, Stock transfer, Gate Pass etc
• Conducting physical Stock verification of Material as per SOP & Its related reconciliation, if any.
• Ensure accuracy of the stock as per system or book value.
• Ensure & achieve 100% inventory record accuracy.
• Knowledge about ABC / XYZ / FSN analysis / FIFO & FEFO.
• Identification of Non-moving inventory.
• Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly report of activities.
• Ensure incoming materials are managed appropriately.
• Ensure traceability of items
• 100 % Material identification tagging on each Materials.
• Knowledge about surplus / obsolete inventory.
• Knowledge of Material Codification Process.
• Knowledge of Out Gate Pass Process.
• Maintain inventory integrity within our system by making sure all inventory transactions are accounted in the ERP / database system.
• Implementation of “warehouse improvement processes” and systems.
• Establishment of Warehouse facilities / Set up.
• Preservation of Materials as per requirement / User guideline.
• Monitoring & tracking of Shelf life related items.
• Knowledge about safe handling of Chemicals / Gas Cylinder / Bulky & Heavy Items or Equipment's.
• Organize warehouse as per Item Category.
• Ensure safe storage, safe handling & safe material movement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Other works related to above job role as per Management Requirement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft word etc
• Knowledge of SAP-MM / Oracle /Other ERP, related to warehouse.
• Training to junior staff
• Co-ordinations for Resources
• Co-ordination with Purchase / Logistic team / Plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or Diploma or B. Sc Or B Com (Regular Course)
• 5 to 10 years of Experience in Warehouse Management function in manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge about ABC / XYZ / FSN analysis / FIFO & FEFO.
• Knowledge of SAP-MM / Oracle /Other ERP, related to warehouse.
