A leading Organization in the Logistics & Transportation Company is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Drivers Administrator

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

• Data analysis of drivers’ activities on training, discipline, shortages, trip performance, accident, recruitment and exit.
• Carry out research on drivers attitude, other transport Companies and advice the unit based on the information obtained.
• Carry out driver’s debriefing exercise .
• Regular update of drivers’ record.
• Collate data for the payment of driver’s monthly performance bonus.
• Ensure that relevant information about all drivers is captured in the data base.
• Maintain / analyse employment and exit record.
• Update of drivers’ distribution by contract.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
