Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Brief Description of Duties
- Produce and distribute correspondence and letters
- Develop and maintain an effective filing system
- Order office supplies, manage the store and procurement requests while monitor ing disbursements
- Manage, administer and reconcile office expense reports
- Supervise other administrative staff to ensure optimum performance
- Provide general support to the operations team
- Candidates should possess at B.Sc with a minimum of Second class upper (2.1)
- No experience required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
