The company operates with a recently increased authorized share capital of N7 billion and shareholders fund of about N5.3 billion. The company is a corporate member of the West African Insurance Company Association (WAICA) and the Nigeria Insurers’ Association (NIA), the official umbrella of registered insurance companies in Nigeria, as well as The Africa Insurance Organisation (AIO).

Background

• Equity Assurance Plc. was recently acquired by SUNU Group (a leading PAN-African Insurance Group) with presence in 20 countries across twenty three locations in Francophone, Central and West African markets.
• The company is looking to hire, train and develop self-driven, result-oriented persons to join its newly revamped Agency field-force within its Sales & Business development Division.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates should be graduates with a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Business Development
• Bias in Insurance (General Business) is an advantage.
