Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers (acting as the company gatekeeper), and assisting with orders, complaints, errors, and lots of other queries.
- Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience.
- Promote company's product and services.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications - MS Excel, Word and Power point
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or ups
- Experience working with customer support.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good composure and good dress sense. First impression matters!
