About the Job

• Being the Business Development Manager, you secure business objectives according to Regal Chauffeur (Beetle Taxis) strategic plans and Category Business Plan.
• Lead & develop co-workers both as high performing individuals and team. Aim for the wished position of being the preferred business partner for existing and new Regal Chauffeur (Beetle Taxis) transport and logistics service providers.
• You contribute to the optimization of the value chain that creates better products and services at lower total costs, considering impacts of quality, safety, service performance, sustainability and other supply chain costs, to reach more of the many people.

About the Assignment
Business development and performance:

• Accountable for business development and performance in all dimensions (price / cost, service, sustainability, quality, security) within given scope of responsibility (sending & service provider responsibility). Has always one foot in the business and owns the Business Developer assignment for at least one service provider.
• Accountable for professional and long term relationship with selected service providers through Regal Chauffeur (Beetle Taxis) Way of doing business.
• Secures effective collaboration with relevant stakeholders within Regal Chauffeur (Beetle Taxis)

People development:

• Leads & manages team of Business Developers and Transport Production Developers, inspires and empowers team and individuals to perform the best of their capabilities and continuously develop in their assignments, builds and implements leadership and competence plans to meet short and long term business needs.

Job Requirements
Additionally qualifications, you:

• Have working experience in a similar leadership position for min 3 years.
• University degree (Transport, Logistics, Economics) or equivalent work experience.
• Have a broad knowledge of the supply chain / transport / logistics environment & trends.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
