Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Lagos

Tasks

• We are currently looking for a competitive and energetic Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities and achieve our goals.
• This position involves cold calling new potential clients and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations by increasing revenue and achieving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling
• Maintain list of potential leads and follow-up by making subsequent sales pitch
• Answer inquiries about services and product specifications
• Understanding clients needs and offering solutions and support
• Working with sales team when closing sales
• Update sales database daily/weekly
• Prepare reports

Qualifications

• ND Holders
• Fresh Graduate who haven't commenced N.Y.S.C. yet
• 0 -1 year experience in Sales and Phone handling

Requirements:
Skills:

• Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
• Ability to meet targets
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
• Strong computer skills. including Microsoft office suite
• Candidate must be resident in Ikeja environs, Lagos.
