One of our subsidiaries, an Oil and Gas Services company require the services of the senior management position below:

Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Report to the Board and implement the commercial strategy of the company
• Provide commercial support on all operations and development work
• Negotiate, develop and manage all commercial agreements to optimize the company’s commercial interests.
• Ensure commercial practices comply with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies and develops growth opportunities for the company
• Support the development of new business opportunities
• Manages the team of commercial contracts and legal staff effectively
• Actively participate in and promote company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures.

General Qualification, Experience, Attrlbutes and Skills Required

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Maritime disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA / MSc is an added advantage
• A minimum of 15 year post qualification cognate working experience with at least 7 years in senior management position
• In-depth knowledge of oil and gas field requirements, procedures and practices
• Working knowledge of production engineering and tender management system
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be familiar with relevant software and models for engineering, technical and project management in the industry.
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
