Job Title: IT Support Service Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities
Responsibilities includes:

• Versatile in use of Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP) e.t.c
• Installation of System software & Applications.
• Confirmation of Servers.
• Ability to work on SQL & HTML
• Managing relationships with Staff
• LAN/Wireless Networking.
• PABX configuration
• CCTV Installation
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network connectivity
• Meeting with the IT coordinating Manager to discuss IT needs.
• Troubleshooting issues that have to do with systems,
• Animations
• Software and network. Ensuring by installing high-level software security systems.Training staff on installed hardware and software.Fixing hardware,
• Ensuring installation of patches and that security software are kept up to date.Filing monthly reports for the IT coordinating Manager.

Requirements

• A male graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
