Secretarial Cadre

Position: Confidential Secretary II – Contiss 06

Requirements
Applicant must possess a minimum of ND in office Technology and Management or Secretarial Studies from a Government recognized awarding institution plus 3 years cognate post-qualification experience.
Those without 120wpm and 50wpm in shorthand and typewriting need not apply. Similarly, those without practical ICT knowledge will not be considered.

General Rules for noting by Applicants

All degrees must be from recognized institutions of higher learning with specialty in particularly Social Sciences or Arts subjects
Cognate experience refers to administrative experience in an educational tertiary Institution, Research Institute, Training Institute or any such organization.
Applicants with lower than 2nd class (lower) in their 1st degree need not to apply unless it is supplemented by at least a post-Graduate Diploma.
