Sales/Business Executives Job Overview

• Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Managing time efficiently.
• Liaising between customers and company to promote profitability.
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base as well as report sales activities to the management.
• To inspire team member’s work enthusiasm and work motivation.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Formulate and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
• Be responsible for sales generation with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Be responsible to communicate all new trends as experienced in the field to the management.
• Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base as well as report sales/marketing activities to the management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Marketing or any related field with at least two (2) years’ experience in real estate business.
• Excellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Experience in the real estate marketing will be an added advantage
• MUST be able to actively work independently with minimal supervision
• MUST be able to submit daily, weekly and monthly report to the management.

Salary: N75,000 - N150,000 per month
