A Telecommunication Company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Must have a degree in marketing or related field
• Must have a Mid-level experience in Sales with 10 yrs minimum, 5 of which must have been as a Sales Manager
• Must possess a high level of Business acumen.
• Must be skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with customers
• Must have a clean driving license
• Must be Sales / Target focused
• Must be a self -starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while adhering to company guidelines.
• Must be able to demonstrate sophisticated skills in negotiating and influencing; showing resilience and a pragmatic approach.
• Must be open to new business challenges and company initiatives.
• Must be great at communication and presentation, time management and effective planning.
• Must be well dressed(suit, tie, Polished shoes)
• Must be fully literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Must have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.(e.g Google Analytics, web trends.
• Must have experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns
• Must be numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Must have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Must be upto date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience.
