It houses all subjects contained in the Nigerian secondary school syllabus from JSS1 to SS3 following the daily sequential order in which they are taught in school such that students can read ahead of classes and in special circumstances where teachers either do not attend class, skip teaching certain subjects in the syllabus or where schools are short-staffed and do not have a teacher for a subject, the student misses nothing.

Description

• We are seeking to hire a Customer service Intern to professional respond to calls and queries from clients.

As a Customer Intern, your duties will be:

• Excellently communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or physically.
• Swiftly respondto customer inquiries.
• Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Responding and putting clients through on their subscription activation and other issues that may arise.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.
• Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints as well as actions taken.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Follow-up of customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 0-1 year work experience.
