A Furniture Manufacturing firm is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Requirements

• Good First Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• Possession of a higher Degree(s), such as M.Sc, MBA, is desirable
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven working experience as a Procurement preferably in a Furniture manufacturing environment
• Strong strategic orientation
• Strong operational orientation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions, organizations, and suppliers/vendors
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex process/systems problems
• Demonstrated project management, project planning, scheduling, and tracking abilities
• Ability to establish organizational objectives and relevant metrics
• Experience giving presentations to senior executives
• Strong influence / negotiation skills
• Experienced in the creation, negotiation, and administration of contracts
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
