Job Summary / Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Qualification / Experience
- HND / B.Sc related / relevant field.
- 5 years experience in Marketing/ Sales, in the real estate sector would be an added advantage.
- Must be goal-oriented.
- Must be able to drive with a valid license.
- Business Development Executive.
- Applicants should reside in Lagos Mainland.
Skills / Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
