Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to client.
• Producing detailed drawings.
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
• Co-ordinating the work of contractors.
• Making site visits to check on progress and dealing with problems that might come up during building.
• Adhere to all industry standards in design.

Qualifications

• Min of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design or related field.
• Min of 3 years’ experience as an Architect.
• MUST reside around Lekki / Ajah.

Skills:

• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D).
• Be inventive and imaginative.
• Be passionate about buildings and the built environment.
• Care about people and the environment.
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Revit software highly desirable.
