Hobo Video is a vernacular fun video based localized community driven marketplace for billions of generation Z and millennials where everybody can earn.

We are on a mission to make online shopping real via video streaming in a language the audience is most comfortable with and to provide revenue streams to influencers and small sellers by making an ecosystem of video commerce.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Influencer Collaboration and Marketing Intern

About the Internship
This is a very unique kind of internship after which you will be an expert in influencer marketing with a systematic approach. For you to gain most out of it we have designed a framework:

• In start, you will be getting free online training on influencer marketing
• Dedicated doubt session with industry experts based on your training
• You will then be given a framework to use along with an experienced mentor
• As we are a highly KPI and data driven company and hence we will be monitoring your KPIs on a daily basis.
• Based on your performance, you will be earning unlimited with no cap on it. So, yes, you would be getting a pie in terms of money on the results driven by you.
• Every week there would be a short group call presentation by you to other major stakeholder in the company
• The star performer who passes our base threshold will be getting an iphone at the end of internship as a prize
• At the end of your internship, you need to give us a presentation for pre placement offers with us.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Find and research new influencers on Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Approach and onboard influencers
• Brainstorm ideas for influencer marketing
• Make the campaigns successful via creative thinking and data analysis
• Manage influencer till their campaign completion
• Make sure the Satisfaction Score (NPS) of influencers is greater than Seven.

Requirements

• Good writing and speaking skills
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Should be passionate about influencer marketing and social media
• Available for duration of 3 or more months
• Only for students who want to pursue influencer or social media marketing as their career
