Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing and SEO leaders to research people and websites
• Import and organize people and websites within sheet to build backlinks
• Use web-based tools to submit multiple business listings
• Perform and track outreach through social, email and telephone
• Report to SEO Manager with successes, progress and opportunities
• Work on offpage SEO
• Listing about Hobo.Video on business listing website
• Adopt new forums to write about Hobo.Video
• Produce content and post on forums and business websites to build strong online presence
• Have online presence where your audience is to resolve their issue or to engage with them
• Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize time and efforts based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging platforms and technologies. Provide thoughts to leadership team and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

• BS / MS / MBA students in Marketing or a related field
• Previous working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database
• Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Knowledge about building strong online presence and passion of SEO
