The Resource Haven - Our client, a luxury Hair Company in Lagos, Nigeria is looking to hire suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for:

• Oversight of facility operations,
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied,
• Managing employees’ schedules and performance, as well as working to make sure the salon is profitable.
• Interview, hire, train, promote, supervise and fire employees.
• Overseeing the stylist schedules and strive to provide opportunities for staff training in the latest techniques in the cosmetology industry.
• Overseeing salon conditions in terms of appearance, cleanliness and safety, as well as making sure all supply inventories are stocked.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have at least three years of previous relevant experience in a Salon environment.
• Experience as a stylist will be an added advantage.
