• Testmaster Education is urgently hiring qualified candidates who have strong experience canvassing and community engagement to generate leads for our sales team.The Referral Marketing Program Officer will work as a member of a team of community outreach/Marketing officers reporting to the Referral Marketing program Manager. As a Referral Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for educating and engaging with the community, most especially students who are preparing for JAMB 2021 to increase brand awareness, app downloads, and social media following.

What you'll be Doing| Essential Duties and Responsibility

• Identifying and building relationships with learning institutions to identify students who are preparing for UTME 2021 in the assigned territory.
• Identifying and enrolling prospective JAMB candidates in the referral program.
• Generating qualified leads and brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
• Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
• Providing feedback and insight into the company's solution
• Promoting company Marketing program via personal social media accounts
• Track and analyze all key metrics and KPI for each advocate with a focus on marketing campaign results

What You'll Bring| Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Undergraduate degree preferably in communications, marketing, social sciences, humanities, or education from a recognized program/university or an equivalent of 4 years recent experience.
• Strong expertise with working knowledge of social media platforms and channels, e.g., Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to maintain grace under pressure, handling multiple tasks at once, and setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-performance environment;
• Reliable, consistent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated;
• Broad knowledge of the post-secondary education system and relevant trends/issues related to Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
