Our goal is to build a disciplined and effective contributory savings culture as well as provide financial support to our eligible members/partners.

Job Title: Territorial Business Manager

Requirements

• B.Sc., HND and its equivalent or higher
• 0-5 years relevant working experience
• Computer and internet capability ( MS -Word, Excel. PowerPoint, & Social media
• Self-starter, People oriented with leadership qualities
• Territorial knowledge - Field knowledge

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

• Cover defined market segment where they have comparative advantage within their local environment.
• Develop and execute strategies to upscale the membership drive of the organisation within their defined location
• Build the membership drive in their defined location/territory and build a team which they would oversee.
• Establish business offices in their defined location
• Build brand identity
• Track, record, project results and amend strategies
• Work remotely. Only report to the Head Office bi-weekly for Strategy sessions and Business Review respectively.
