Job Description

• Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the department or store, often within a mall or department store. Your responsibilities as a cosmetic manager are to maintain the staff schedule, supervise employees, manage inventory, and ensure that customers are satisfied.
• Your duties also include overseeing the sales of the store, tracking profits, and working the products or sales counter when necessary. You set store-wide goals and ensure your staff is meeting them. Additionally, you hire and train staff and monitor their performance.

Responsibilities

• Managers are responsible for managing others in the store, make schedules, resolve employee disputes, order inventory, and provide guidance to their employees.
• Help with exchanges, order items that are not in stock, address customer concerns.
• Managers may help customers find the right products within their desired price range. They also offer makeup and skincare tips to customers.
• Ensure the store remains stocked with the products customers need. They may take inventory on a regular basis and order products that need to be restocked.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 - 4 years work experience.
• Candidates must reside in Lekki phase one and its environment.
• Candidates must be ready to resume immediately.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
