• Pettysave is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our awesome team. You will be responsible for interfacing with our customers and maintain the trust they have with us. We love to keep our customers happy.

Job Description

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Performing follow-ups on customers
• Advise customers on company products and services
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions or from customer complaints
• Inform customers about new deals and promotions
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

• B.Sc./HND with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer support roles
• Comfortable using customer relation management tools
• Strong relationship management
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to haves:

• Certificates from customer service training
• Experience with FreshDesk or any ticketing software
