Job Summary

• We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers.
• Solution integration knowledge and capability is equally important.
• In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and facilitate efficient deliveries & integration works.

Job Responsibilities

• Scope defines and design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions integration of the virtualized infrastructure.
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
• Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
• Personally, involve and support deployment of solution.
• Provide feedback to Business Unit & the R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
• Driving end-to-end technical solutions integration of the virtualized infrastructure.
• Personally, involve and support deployment of solution.
• Hands on experience about cloud infrastructure deployment and integration (HW, SW and networking knowledge)
• Familiar with delivery process, application of the procedures / MOP during the integration
• Knowledge about technical support process
• Provide feedback to Business Unit & the R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.

Key Qualifications

• Education: (University degree from Computer Science / Electric Engineering or from a comparable area. Having MSc is preferred)
• Minimum years of experience: (5-6 years for JS5, 7-8 years for JS6 and 8-9 years for JS7)
• Domain experience: area of expertise – Cloud Infrastructure including different hardwares, VIM layers, orchestration, OS’s networking, K8 Kubernetes, cloud native knowledge.
• Good open stack, Kubernetes knowledge and telco domain understanding are preferred. For the internal Ericsson applicants Ericsson cloud infra components (like Ericsson NFVI or VNF components) Deployment experience is preferred for the SI applicants
• A Solution Architect or Solution Integration Engineer candidate will be assessed according to the following tracks.
• Cloud domain, telco core domain, networking, IT infra knowledge
