Proten International - Our client, a leading Financial Institution in Nigeria is currently seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill position below:

Job Title: Regional Manager

Locations: Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Anambra, Enugu, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Create regional sales plans and campaigns in alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that will lead state managers and team leads to achieve set targets.
• Maintain a required number of sales team that will achieve set targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for the project.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients ‘sales needs.
• Drive State Managers to achieve targets.

Qualificationand Experience

• Candidates should possess HND, B.Sc degree
• Have a minimum of 4-5 years field experience on similar role

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as sales agent, business development or similar role
• Previous experience in a Fin-tech or a bank is a must.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work with a team
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Influencing, Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Business and commercial acumen
• Must possess an Android phone
• Must be available for immediate resumption
