Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary

• The DEC is responsible for the entry and registration of large quantities of data in the ERP system.
• This must be done with a high level of dedication, precision, and speed. The DEC is highly reliable, organized, and attentive to detail. At all times, procedures are respected and followed.
• As a part of the Logistics team, the DEC works closely with the Purchasing department and the Technical department. The DEC prepares shipping documents for goods leaving the warehouse; he verifies that the shipments are complete, enters warehouse transfers and item requisitions into the ERP system.
• When goods are received by the warehouse, the DEC verifies that the shipment document matches the receipt and enters the receipt in the ERP system.
• When the system shows low stocks, the DEC communicates shortages, requirements to the logistics manager, who will communicate the same to the purchasing department.
• Other administrative tasks or special projects can be assigned to you as well. It is crucial that the DEC maintains accuracy and urgency in all aspects of his job.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

• Navision/Microsoft Dynamics experience is a bonus
