Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Front-End Developer to join our Development Team. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications. You must have a working knowledge of website design and development

• Responsibilities will include translation of designs and ideas to actual code. You will be a part of the creative technology team, working with designers, merchants & fellow developers, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. You will also work on tool maintenance and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly, responsive web applications
• Code for mobile-first, as well as for medium and large screens
• Build, maintain and improve web applications
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed
• Collaborate with Back-End Developers and Digital Designers to improve usability
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Help Back-End Developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
• Apply your knowledge and skills of the latest front-end tools and technologies to create modular, reusable building blocks.

• As needed, assume the role of Web Designer, designing creative for marketing campaigns, converting designs to HTML, and staying up to date on design best practices.
• Deliver tasks according to project and process standards (quality, end date, thoroughness, etc.). Communicate and collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in terms of back-end development, design, assets, etc.

Requirements, Skills and Experience

• BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience as a Front-end developer
• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer
• Hands-on experience with markup languages
• Experience with CSS and NuxtJs
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design principals
• Strong design concept skills, including typography, colors, styles, etc.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Candidate must have knowledge in NuxtJs
