Itoro Casa is a premium and exclusive full-service design firm providing professional interior design, planning and scenting services to corporate and residential clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Design / Project Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Period & Mode of Engagement: Full-time employment with a probationary period of 3 months.
Reporting Line: General Manager, Itoro Casa

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects from conception through to construction and completion.
• Coordinate the work of designs teams, as well as the numerous contractors to implement the plans and specifications for projects.
• Conduct multiple site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and execution.
• Manage workflow & activities and oversee the installation of design elements.
• Develop purchase justifications for materials and place orders where necessary.
• Develop & maintain client relationships and seal new deals with existing/prospective clients.
• Determine client goals & requirements for projects and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Business Development experience and strong networking capability in searching and bidding for new projects.

Qualification and Other Considerations

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
• 1-8 years work experience.
• Degree or experience in Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field will be strongly considered.
• Application open to only female candidates between the age of 24-34.
• Close proximity to the Island preferred.
• Candidate must be ready to travel on request.
