PAUL-B NIGERIA PLC was conceived way back in late 1980's when it was obvious that our indigenous contracting firms failed in every material sense to meet the ambition of government, corporate and indeed individual goals with the myriad of failed and poorly executed projects doting our landscapes. The financial provision by ways of advance payment was equally abused to the extent that any foreign company will be preferred to our indigenous establishment at any given time.

Job opportunities were therefore created for foreigners particularly personnel from the middle-East and Asian countries who hitherto were not considered favourably in the technical fields. They became the main beneficiary of this stop gap and in the process graduated to the status of task masters noted for what they stand to benefit financially to the detriment of our national goals and aspirations. Our technical empowerment became worse for it as the opportunities for training and retaining our indigenous manpower were lost. The burning desire for change gave birth to PAUL-B NIGERIA PLC, which is designed to achieve a performance standard that is world class.

Qualification

• B Engr/ B Tech. Or HND in Civil Engineering/Building Technology

Compulsory Requirements:
First Class/Distinction/ Second Class Upper/Upper Credit Holders Only.

Experience:
Fresh graduates or 1 year
