Job Title: Call Center Nurse

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Call center nurse will help people over the phone with medical issues by treating patients through education, identify the severity of any problem and advise regarding the proper treatment
• They also provide information regarding physicians.

Job Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Nursing or related field
• Degree or its equivalent qualification in nursing, midwifery or any other relevant field
• Certification in professional membership in related bodies
• Good knowledge of excel, word and data analytics
• At least 5years post NYSC experience
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 5years’ cognate experience preferably with a HMO
• Up to date Nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria certification
• Attendance of relevant course workshop and seminars I related fields.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
