Description

• Currently, we are offering an excellent opportunity for the young minds to build their career with Buhler group. Buhler in Lagos Nigeria is looking for Bachelor's graduates to join as Trainee - Sales and Service Support.
• This is a formalized 3 years on the job-training program to develop the junior professionals to a fully trained Buhler Sales and Service Support.

What is the Program About?
Being a proactive, self-motivated and fast-learning graduate, during this 3 year rotational program, you will develop yourself into a professional in one of the following fields:

• Order Processing / Quotation
• Marketing
• Market Research/Sales Support
• Admin
• Accounting
• Human Resources

How Does it Work?

• Month 1 – 24: Shadow and support various experienced colleagues in six rotations a four months: Order Processing/Quotation, Marketing, Market Research/Sales Support, Admin, Accounting and Human Resources
• Month 25 – 36: Co-work with an assigned colleague – your mentor – in his/her field of expertise to develop a similar profile that will help you to graduate from the Bühler Sales and Service Support Trainee Program and transition into your next role.
• Note: The Bühler Sales and Service Support Trainee Program has a framework structure but remains flexible in its execution. The individual growth and development plan will be adapted to the candidates’ profiles and strengths as well as business needs.
