Job Summary / Role Description

• The Construction Quality Engineer QAE keeps relations with Partners and Client in order to ensure that the QA/QC plan and procedures are correctly applied by all members of the Consortium.
• This will be achieved through the coordination of all members in order to ensure uniformity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• He is responsible for entering, in the specific Data Base, the data related to the works performed and match related costs for detecting, both before and after, any deviation from budget values;
• To verify, check and monitoring cost variations;
• To interface with other department to collect data for cost control reports;

Knowledge & Qualifications
Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in a relevant field;
• Effective Project and contract delivery skills;
• Ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and use result to improve performance

Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts), negotiation / customer relation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
