Job Summary / Role Description

• Ensures that the Painting and Insulation activities to be performed at site are executed in accordance with the Project drawings, Specifications and good workmanship practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure filed joint coating production equipment certification with the cooperation from site QAQC engineer;
• Monitor field joint coating consumables and spare parts as well as ongoing PR. Insure filed joint coating production;
• Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the programme and the work carried out and proposes solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferable) and/or certified from a recognized institute in painting;

Experience:

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in O & G industry, Refinery or Petrochemical industry and construction activities, preferable Experience in EPC Projects;
• Minimum 3 years like painting/coating/insulation/fireproofing superintendent or inspector on site.

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts), negotiation / customer relation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
