We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Review Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' loan applications in line with the company's credit policy.
• Approve/Reject Loan applications based on applicant’s Credit status
• Identify critical risks in credit request and provide advisory on how requests can be restructured in line with the bank’s risk appetite.
• Knowledgeable in Soft and Personal Loans
• Create innovative credit evaluation processes and systems.
• Evaluate clients for credit worthiness based on internal risk models & frameworks
• Detect fraudulent applications, and unreliable applicants.
• Continuously ensure alignment/compliance to the credit risk management framework.
• Continuously analyze and recommend improvement on credit risk management framework, processes and systems.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / NCE / Bachelors Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a Credit Review officer or other related role
• Must be computer literate and IT savvy.
• Must be Analytical and logical in reasoning
• Must be Attentive and meticulous
• Must be available for immediate resumption.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary + Performance Bonus.
