About the Job

• We are seeking to hire a Head of Operations/Product Owner with exceptional operational and leadership skills.
• You will be responsible for leading a team to provide guidance and direction needed to continuously grow and improve our online food delivery business. To be successful in this role, you must be able to achieve the financial and operational targets set by the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead and responsibility for the operations of our online food delivery business.
• Strategic planning across sales, account management, and partner restaurant support.
• Translating the directions and strategic decisions of the business into action.
• Constantly optimizing, driving, and structuring the logistical processes and therewith lowering the costs, improving service levels, and ensuring the growth of the business.
• Keeping strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration and information sharing.
• Regular evaluation and reporting on KPIs related to business growth and development.
• Perform other functions related to the office of the HOP/Product Owner or as may be requested by the CEO or the Board.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in leading a team as an inspirational and entrepreneurial leader
• Knowledge of online food ordering business and experience in logistics and operational management.
• Conceptual thinking - you like to work with KPIs and know how to translate them into actions and decisions.
• Analytical thinking - you are good with analytics, numbers, and slides.
• Ability to achieve results via cross-functional teams as well as in the collaboration with external suppliers
• You must be self-organized and willing to travel when required.
