Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Candidates for the sales team lead must: Support, groom, and coach sales staffs to ensure they deliver on sales targets and customer service.
• Support business for sales staff development, performance and accountability
• Coordinate and drive entire sales effort
• Work strategically to develop and create content for social media
• Customer relationship management
• Collate basic Inventory, Expense and Sales Record.

Work Schedule:

• 5 / 6 days a week (Shift Job) 9am-7pm and 10am-5pm

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Management, Business or Social Sciences
• Must have interest in retail and strong selling skills
• Must be able to use social media efficiently
• Experience in fashion retail, beauty business or event planning.
• Must be friendly and possess customer service etiquette
• Leadership skills
• Gender preference: None.
