Job Title: Internal Control Officer

Job Description

• Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Lagos, Nigeria. The company is looking to engage the services of a meticulous Internal Control Officer to help identify potential business risks to the company and develop preventive strategies
• Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry and or with an audit firm.

Main Responsibilities

• Reviewing and appraising the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation
• Identifying the risks that the business faces and help develop preventive strategies
• Evaluating SAP audit trail
• Tax and Regulatory Affairs - Ensure all tax and regulatory filings are made in a timely manner.

Education and Experience

• B.Sc. in Accounting, with an M.Sc. Ideal candidate should also be Chartered (A.C.A.)
• Should possess at least 5 years experience working in the Manufacturing sector or in an Audit firm.

Compensation
Competitive between N2,500,000 - N4,500,000 Annually
