We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Locations: Ikeja, Ipaja, Alimosho - Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Supervise site construction works to meet deadlines and ensure prompt delivery
• Participate in site work, stay on budget and adhere to the original vision for each work
• Visit all estate and proposed locations and estate location
• Work with the Business Development Manager to schedule site inspection dates and communicate to relevant parties accordingly.
• Ensure the readiness of each site before the scheduled inspection/allocation date.
• Prepare the budget for site inspection and submit it to the management
• Ensure that all vehicles and other materials are ready ahead of each site inspection/allocation date.
• It is mandatory that you keep all company vehicles in working condition after each site inspection.
• Specify materials needed for the construction of projects and coordinate works between various contractors.
