TeamAce Limited - Our client, a Fashion and Beauty Boutique is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support, groom, and coach sales staff to ensure they deliver on sales target and customer service
• Support business for sales staff development, performance and accountability
• Coordinate and drive entire sales effort
• Supply management with reports/information on customer needs, problems interest and new product requests
• Keep abreast of promotional trends and best practices
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Collate basic inventory Expenses and Sales Record
• Analyze territory / market potential
• Manage participation of savive in Sales Exhibitions to include set up, sales and breakdown.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Social Sciences or Sales. Non-degree holders are welcome
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Must be able to use excel, word and be well versed in social media applications updated technology skills
• Must be able to figure out how to use all software
• Oral and written experience in fashion retail or beauty business, event planning or business a must
• Must have an interest in retail and interest in creating customer experience
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to complete project on their own excellent selling, negotiation and communication skill
• Should have an idea of a CRM or BRM software to build customer relationship prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
