Job Brief

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele, drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or related field, and experience in the investment banking / commercial banking will be an added experience.
• Cognate 5 years experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate, sales track record.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
