The company core area of operation is to provide a broad spectrum of services ranging from Engineering, Pipeline & Flowline Construction / Repairs, Facility piping and maintenance, Wellhead & Christmas tree maintenance and servicing, Composite wrap technology, Equipment & Offshore/Marine Supplies etc.

Job Description

• Vagan Oil & Gas Limited pursue to recruit a result-oriented Civil Project Engineer with the ability to forecast the time frame for a particular project and ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner. This individual should be able to carry out the following:

Responsibilities / Duties

• Analyse data to plan and design projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standard
• Conduct risk -analysis for each project
• Prepare and submit Permits to comply with Federal, state and local regulations
• Analyses Test Results of construction Materials
• Manage the repair and maintenance of completed Projects
• Designing public structure and project blueprint using CAD and CAE software
• Managing civil engineer technician and lower-level worker to complete projects on time and on budget
• Analyzing relevant data to create project plans
• Conducting risk-analysis to set each project up for success
• Maintain control of all project documentation
• Coordinates and maintains special inspection documentation for the project
• Create, manage and track RFI’s from the field to the Architect/Engineer of record
• Maintain and distribute project plans
• Maintain / update project records
• Assist the Project Manager / Superintendent in creating and distributing the project schedule
• Understand project plans and specifications
• Study job Specification to determine appropriate construction methods
• Assist the Project plans and Specifications
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination
•  Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Construction Management
• Project Management
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Decision-making Ability and leadership skills
• 7+ years of project construction Experience.

Skills:

• Excellent IT skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
• Cost Estimator
• Candidate must possess construction, transportation, geotechnical or structural skills
• Project management skills to bring designs to life.
