Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate social media executive who will work closely with the marketing team to be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
• He/she will gain hands-on experience on a variety of projects - from responding to clients on social media, conducting marketing research to assisting in executing projects.
• The ideal candidate is super creative, takes initiative, and has a keen interest in all things marketing- digital, creative design, social media, events, advertising, e.t.c.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling content, proof-reading posts, community management, and paid social activity.
• Produce written content in weekly content calendar ensuring all copy is in line with the brands tone of voice.
• Compile reports to be shared with the relevant stake holders
• Brainstorm and implement digital marketing strategies to build engagement and reach
• Researches and monitor the market landscape.

Skills and Competencies

• 2+ years experience managing on platform social accounts for brands either in house or through an agency.
• Must have In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
• Comprehensive experience running paid social campaigns & a proven record of delivering strong paid social results against multiple KPI’s.
