TeamAce Limited - Our client, an Engineering Company in the Manufacturing Industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To interact with internal customers on indents (from various departments of few manufacturing units) & understanding specs of items to be procured
• To be able to communicate with suppliers, make them understand the requirements and obtain best / lowest quotes
• Compile offers, tabulate and do evaluation / recommendations for decision making by higher ups
• Visit markets to identify & develop new suppliers at the best terms and conditions for the company’s advantage
• Goods inspection and taking deliveries, obtaining GRNs
• Execute complete documentation of the procurement process, processing of payments
• Carry out all field works on daily basis.

Requirements

• Minimum HND in Science / Engineering course.
• 2 years minimum experience in the capacity of Purchases, Sales, Logistics, Data Collection, Market Research, ISP / Telecom Sales / service.
• Close proximity to the location is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in purchase Department doing procurement field job is a plus.
• Efficiency in MS Office, Excel & word.
• Good Analytical & numerical aptitude.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
