Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Badagry, Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary

• As the Sales representative, your core responsibility is to find potential customers and persuade these customers to purchase the company’s goods and services.
• Other responsibilities will include; communicating the benefits of the company's products in order to drive sales.
• You will serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of duties including identifying and educating prospective customers, while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to the company’s services.

Job Description

• Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through all required sales strategies
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a Sales representative, Marketer, or any related field.
• Ability to drive with a valid drivers license.
