Kwara State College of Nursing, Oke-Ode was established on the 14 September, 2011 with a mandate to train Professional Middle-level Manpower needed in our Health Institutions.

The Governing Council, Kwara State College of Nursing, Oke-Ode invites suitably qualified and interested candidates for the position below:

Job Title: Registrar

Location: Kwara

The Position

• The Registrar who is a Principal Officer is also the Chief Administrative Officer of the College and shall be responsible to the Provost for the day-today Administration of the College.
• The Registrar carries enormous responsibility in areas such as promotion, welfare, discipline and General administration of the College. By virtue of the office, the Registrar is also the Secretary to the Governing Council.

Qualification / Eligibility
Candidate applying for the position of Registrar must:

• Posses a good Honour Degree in Humanities or any other related discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification working experience in Administration.
• Possess additional degree and Membership of a recognized Professional Bodies will be an added advantage.
• Not be less than 45 years of age or not more than 55 years as of the time of assumption of duty.

• Must be a person of high/proven integrity and strong moral character with excellent interpersonal relations and must also be a team player
• Must be able to instill confidence in others and command the loyalty and respect of people
• Must be of good health, be ICT compliant
• Must be able to demonstrate dynamism and wisdom when confronted with challenges of undesirable situation.

Tenure

• The appointment is for a non-renewable single tenure of five (5) years
