Overview

• Turing.com is looking for a Senior Front-end Developer on behalf of an emerging start-up developing a platform that provides tools for data discovery, documentation, monitoring.
• The developer will lead the team of junior and mid-level front-end developers and be responsible for building out the roadmap for customers.
• The selected candidate will also take ownership of the code base and team, manage the technical aspect and continuously advocate for the voice of the customer.
• The role presents a great opportunity for those who want to join a venture backed company with engineering leaders from large tech companies and contribute to building a category-defining software.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on building out the roadmap for customers
• Take ownership of code base and team, manage the technical aspect and keep progressing
• Lead the team of junior and mid-level front-end developers and build a category-defining software
• Take charge of the latest processes and technology to build a scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant software
• Identify and communicate front-end best practices to the team, enhancing efficiency and performance across the stack

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Expert skills in front-end development
• Proficient with React and Typescript
• Experience with JavaScript, Redux, and webpack is nice to have
• Keen understating of user interaction, design principles and standards
• Proven track record of shipping quality products to consumers
• Familiarity with server-side web frameworks
• Experience in pushing a frontend team forward through new technologies, methodologies, and processes
