Job Title: Senior Tech Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• Technical planning: Combining business development needs and system status quo, formulating technology development strategies, planning and organizing system architecture development
• Process formulation: Lead the formulation and continuous optimization of R&D workflows and specifications, ensure high-efficiency and high-quality technical output, and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of technical results;
• Architecture design: Lead the technical team to design and implement the technical architecture of the product, lead the architecture review, and ensure the rationality and feasibility of the technology;
• Goals and execution: Responsible for the formulation of the overall goals of the R&D department, and promote the formulation and implementation of team goals, personal goals and work plans;
• Technology research: Research the development direction of the latest Internet finance products and technologies, investigate the latest technologies that are consistent with the products, and use them in the system to enhance the product experience. Make and implement major technical decisions and plans

Requirements

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a Software Engineering discipline
• Proficient in PHP, preferably with knowledge of Laravel or similar
• Have good communication skills, have project management experience, and be good at coordinating and promoting R&D delivery as planned
• Able to independently complete important core codes and have rich experience in technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested.
• Possess strong system design and implementation capabilities, excellent demand grasp and analysis capabilities, technical document writing and review capabilities
• Experience in FinTech is a plus.
