We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Accounting System Custodian

Location: Delta

Job Summary

• Manages the usage and upgrade of the installed Production Data Management System (PDMS) as a tool for production data and operations management including hydrocarbon accounting and reporting to achieve corporate objectives and support commercial /business delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new hydrocarbon accounting software ensuring all functional requirements are adequately covered to support business delivery.
• Configure the hydrocarbon accounting tools to always reflect the company’s physical integrated production system for accurate data allocations to reservoirs and wells to enhance business improvement.
• Verify integrity of base data supplied from field measurement systems prior to its use in the Hydrocarbon Accounting system.
• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Numerical Science or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil/gas industry.
• Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
• Time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Organization skills.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Interpersonal Communication.
• Adaptability.
• Spreadsheet Proficiency.
