Grade: Senior Manager

Job Overview

• Strategic planning, organising and analysing all brand awareness through design, creation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
• Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
• Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
• Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
• Prepare monthly marketing budget.
• Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.

Requirement for the Role

• Interested candidates should posses a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Industry knowledge and minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate Industry in the same role.
• Excellent Creative mindset
• Excellent communicator both in written and verbal
• Critical and Creative Thinker
• Proven successes with documented increase in sales numbers
• Leadership ability to coach and manager team effectively
• Advanced background in the field of advertising
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
• Ability to multitask on various projects simultaneously
• Must reside on the Island
• Knowledge and experience on both Traditional Marketing and Digital space.

Salary
NGN300, 000 Gross / Month.
